Victor is an easy going neighborhood restaurant, with a focus on quality ingredients and light, bright and flavorful cuisine inspired by Southern Europe and the Mediterranean. The menu is rounded out with a beverage list focused on natural and organic wines, local beers and cocktails both original and classic.
Chefs Ryan Angulo and Ian Alvarez first met over a decade ago when they signed on with owner Doug Crowel to open Buttermilk Channel in Carrol Gardens as Executive Chef and Sous Chef, respectively. The pair would later reunite for the opening of Bourem Hill's French Louie, this time with Ryan as owner and Ian as his Chef de Cuisine. After 13 years of friendship and collaboration the two are pleased to be opening Victor as partners and co Executive Chefs.
